ArrivalX update checked 2026-09-19
ArrivalX currently describes itself as payment infrastructure for businesses and global earners: business pages present stablecoin and local-fiat global payouts, while the site also shows AI payment agents, a global wallet and a Global Card. The personal-card copy claims 170+ countries and Apple Pay/Google Pay, but that is a company claim and actual eligibility is review- and jurisdiction-dependent.
Earlier conclusions that should not be relied on
The current website provides no publicly verifiable Australian DCE or US MSB number and does not substantiate a “licensed neobank,” Regtank/Beosin partnership, 4%+ yield, specific card fees, or a card available in 170 countries to every user. These historical marketing claims are not treated as facts. A public December 2025 WSPN strategic-partnership release exists, but it does not prove licensing, issuance or asset protection.
Due diligence
Businesses should obtain the contracting entity, regulatory/licence identifiers, issuer and custody partners, fiat/stablecoin conversion quote, supported jurisdictions, safeguarding and dispute process. Individual users should confirm actual card availability, KYC, network, billing address, ATM and refund rules. The redesigned site provides limited public detail; do only loss-tolerant, small tests until those documents are supplied.
