This article previously treated several platforms, BINs, fixed prices and licence statements as current recommendations. They are no longer a purchase basis. 51VCard remains only as a historical example and must not be treated as available for signup. PokePay’s former Malta MLO number was not reproduced on its current site; present licence wording is first-party disclosure only. FotonCard presented a security challenge to this audit, so its former prices, BINs and status cannot be reconfirmed. DogPay’s public pricing still shows a Basic virtual card at 10 USD, a 1% top-up fee and no monthly fee, but plan and regional eligibility must be checked at checkout.

Safer selection

1. Read the terms, legal operator and issuer disclosure before funding.
2. Use the logged-in quote and limits visible to your account; do not order from an old article’s BIN or price.
3. Use only a small, affordable test and do not hold long-term stablecoin or platform balances.
4. Merchant acceptance depends on issuer, programme, region, 3DS and merchant risk controls; no card is guaranteed to work.
