BingX Card

BingX Card is a Visa debit card (virtual + physical metal) issued by the BingX exchange. It spends directly from eligible USDT held in the BingX Funding Account, settling automatically at the point of sale, and supports Apple Pay and Google Pay. It is a debit product with no credit line.

Fees and cashback (official Help Center, verified 2026-10-26)
· Virtual card application fee: $0; metal card $180 for non-VIP users (free for VIP/agents), free shipping
· Trading fee 1.5%; no annual/monthly/closure or dormancy fees
· Virtual card cashback 2%-3% tiered by monthly spend (monthly caps $4/$25/$100); metal card 3%-5% (caps $15/$80/$150)
· 20% cashback on eligible everyday subscriptions (ChatGPT, Claude, Netflix, Spotify and more), subject to the current tier's monthly cap
· Metal card ATM: first $200 per month fee-free, then 2% per withdrawal

Listing verification (same-day probe)
· bingx.com returned 200; the official Help Center article "BingX Card Benefits and Fees" (updated 2026-07-23) and the application guide were reachable via curl on the same day
· Open to all eligible users in supported countries/regions; BingX account identity verification (KYC) required
· No BIN published: the official Help Center confirms the Visa network only, with no 6-digit BIN digits, so no card BIN records were created

Notes
· Cashback is credited the following month based on the prior month's spend tier, withdrawable to the Fund Account on T+3; refunds claw back the corresponding cashback
· An earlier EEA-region FAQ mentioned a EUR 20 application fee plus EUR 1 monthly fee; the current official fee article above prevails
· Exchange-issued cards spend in-platform assets and depend on exchange and issuer program policy - avoid parking large balances long term
