KuCoin KuCard

KuCard is KuCoin's (founded 2017) Visa debit card, issued by Wallester AS in Estonia (Finantsinspektsioon-authorized, Visa Principal Member). A single tier with multiple designs (Classic, Sunflower, Starry Night limited edition, Tomorrowland co-brand) rather than benefit levels.

• First virtual card free; extra virtual card €9.90; physical €9.90 (first) / €19.90; replacement €9.90; cancellation free
• EUR transactions free; non-EUR 2%; in-Europe ATM €2; international ATM 2% + €2; express delivery €30
• (A 2023 launch blog listed €9.99 issuance + €10/year — superseded by the current help-center schedule)

Region and KYC (per the Terms)

• EEA only — Terms of Use 3.1-3.3: "only available to citizens and residents of the European Economic Area" (29 countries listed); mainland China, Hong Kong and US users are not eligible
• KYC mandatory, with a supported EEA-issued identity document (Terms 3.1)

Spending mechanics

Funded by USDC and EUR: converted to EUR at transaction time and settled in EUR; crypto serves purely as the funding source.
