RDVCC Rongda Virtual Credit Card

RDVCC is a virtual card service for Chinese-speaking users offering Visa, Mastercard and US-card segments, funded via USDT, with a Chinese/English/Russian interface; after the August 2026 fee revision the top-up fee is a flat 0.5%, card fee from 1 USD, with zero monthly/annual/closure fees.

· Card fee from 1 USD; monthly, annual and closure fees all zero; closing a card refunds its balance free
· Card reload fee fixed at 2%; refunds only via account-closure withdrawal, fixed 2 USD, TRC20 balance ≥ 12 USD / ERC20 ≥ 3 USD

Limits & onboarding
· Max 2 active cards at a time, 3 lifetime
· Email verification plus real name required; low-risk users exempt from KYC per official wording
