Current product boundary
Starryblu is currently best understood as a multi-currency account, cross-border transfer and foreign-exchange platform. Its public homepage continues to emphasize global money management, while the Mastercard product recorded in earlier materials was still being prepared or awaiting availability. Users needing an immediately issued card for AI, advertising or cloud subscriptions should choose a provider with published issuance conditions and live card inventory.

How to evaluate it
It may suit users who value CNY funding, overseas collections, currency conversion and business payouts. Verify plan fees, FX markup, deposit limits, return charges and country eligibility before opening an account. A verifiable payment licence does not prove that every proposed card feature is live. Start on the free tier with a small deposit, conversion and transfer before considering a paid plan.
