Wirex (founded 2014 in London by Pavel Matveev and Dmitry Lazarichev) is a veteran crypto-payments platform: a principal member of both Visa and Mastercard, with the network varying by region (the US market gets a Lead Bank-issued Visa prepaid debit). Plans: standard (free), Premium and Elite. 150+ traditional and digital assets advertised.

• Account fee, card maintenance, issuance and replacement all free; delivery SGD 5 (post) / SGD 34.99 (DHL)
• External card top-up: 3.24% (crypto account) / 1.99% (fiat/stable account); fiat exchange free; internal transfers free
• ATM free up to SGD 200/month then 2%; on-chain withdrawals at network cost (BTC $10, Stellar $1, etc.)

Regions (official supported-countries table)

• Platform live in 130+ countries but cards are issued in fewer: card available in the UK and Hong Kong; US accounts open but no card issued; mainland China has no Wirex services at all

KYC and funding

• KYC mandatory, with country-specific accepted documents and possible additional verification
• Funding: external debit/credit card or bank transfer; spending draws from crypto/fiat balances with instant conversion
