Its official site identifies STRATUSPAY FINTECH LIMITED as a Canadian entity registered with FINTRAC as MSB C100000785 for FX, remittance, virtual-currency and payment activities, while cards are issued by licensed partners in the relevant jurisdictions; these are first-party claims. Current personal Basic pricing lists a USD 10 virtual-card issuance fee, 1% card top-up fee, 1% crypto-to-fiat conversion fee and no monthly fee. Premium, Platinum and Ultra cost USD 4.9, 9.9 and 29.9 per month, reducing card top-up fees to 0.8%, 0.5% and 0.3% and including free-card allowances. The platform states KYC/KYB/KYT compliance. The only currently verified full BINs remain 556766 Visa and 559666 Mastercard; no new public six-digit BIN was found.
